3pm - 1 piece of bbq beef rib, 3 pieces of philly roll sushi, two cups of water
3:30pm - handful of green grapes
8pm cup of soyo chicken, cup of rice, 2 cups of water
Workout: 150 burpees - 19.37 (killer)
