1030am - string cheese, water

1pm- 2 whopper jr. no mayo, water(after workout)

4pm fruit, veggies, water

6pm - milk

7pm chicken strip, water

9pm handful of popcorn

workout: 21's sit-ups, sumo high pull: time = 23:37
