Day 9

10am - apples, water

130pm - mixed nuts, string cheese, water

4pm - salad with ranch dressing on side, 2 chicken strips, celery, carrots, cup of diet pepsi, water

8pm - handful of popcorn, water

workout: "angie" 100 pull-ups, 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats in 45:07
angie kicked my ass
